1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and ghostwriter.red ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our copywriting services and website within Marbella, Estepona, and the wider Costa del Sol region.
By engaging our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.
2. Services & Delivery
We provide high-end real estate copywriting, local SEO guides, and property narratives tailored for the Andalusian property market. All services will be delivered according to the tier selected (The Optimiser, The Authority, or The Rainmaker) or a bespoke written proposal.
Timelines are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in writing. We rely on your timely provision of property details, specifications, and imagery to fulfil our obligations.
3. Payment Terms
For retainer packages, payment is required in advance on a monthly basis via bank transfer or direct debit. Invoices are payable within 7 days of receipt. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.
All fees are quoted in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT, which will be applied where applicable in accordance with Spanish tax law.
4. Revisions
Each piece of content includes two (2) rounds of minor revisions to ensure the tone and factual accuracy meet your expectations. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Complete rewrites based on a change of initial project scope will be billed separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the delivered copy are transferred to you. You are granted an exclusive, perpetual licence to use, modify, and distribute the texts across your marketing channels.
We reserve the right to display snippets or references to the final published work in our private portfolio for promotional purposes, unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to commencement.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Spain. ghostwriter.red and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Málaga, Andalusia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
